Proactively monitor each Sales Representative's progress towards their targets. Provide personalized coaching, support, or corrective action as needed to help them achieve their sales goals.
Troubleshoot any sales-related issues faced by Sales Representatives, clients, or other departments. Offer guidance and assistance to resolve such problems.
Continuously evaluate the quality of sales calls by reviewing call recordings of Sales Representatives. Ensure all calls meet the company's established standards.
Advise Sales Representatives on deal-specific pricing and offer strategic commercial direction where appropriate.
Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager to formulate effective sales strategies and goals. Ensure the team's work is fully aligned with the company's overall objectives.
Foster strong working relationships with other departments like marketing, operations, and customer service. Coordinate with them as needed to support the sales function.
Closely track the sales performance and regularly report the findings to the Sales Manager and director.
Readily take on ad-hoc projects or tasks as required to support the overall sales efforts.
skills & experiences required.
Possess at least 5 years of proven sales experience, along with 1 year of managerial experience.
Demonstrate excellent sales skills, strong negotiation abilities, and a keen commercial acumen.
Exhibit effective sales coaching capabilities, drawing from relevant experience.
Adept at managing time and resources efficiently, while thriving under pressure.
Exhibit robust problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Proficient in utilizing sales and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
Maintain a proactive, "can-do" attitude, and be willing to take on new challenges.
